Eligible Residents Can Receive Payment Assistance for Summer Utilities | New

LITTLE ROCK – Officials of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) have announced that residents can begin submitting applications for assistance with the costs of summer cooling bills, including those for ‘Entergy Arkansas and other utilities.

LIHEAP is funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and is designed to reduce the energy burden of low-income households, who pay a high proportion of household income for household energy costs, by paying benefits for household energy bills.
