Kama Holdings informed the Indian stock exchanges in this regard in its latest exchange filing citing: “A meeting of the board of directors is to be held on Monday, August 22, 2022 to, among other things, consider a proposal for an interim dividend declaration for Fiscal Year 2022-23 on equity shares.The interim dividend, if declared, would be paid to members whose names appear on the register of members and to beneficial owners according to details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services ( India) Limited, on the date of record, being Tuesday August 30, 2022.”

“In accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company’s shares by The Persons and Directors will be closed from Wednesday, August 17, 2022 through Wednesday, August 24, 2022 (both days inclusive),” Kama Holdings added.
